Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you, or a person you have designated, receives the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at contact.onemoreshop@gmail.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel your purchase.

After notifying us of your decision to withdraw, you must send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us of your decision.

The goods should be returned in a condition that allows us to assess their nature, characteristics and functionality. You may handle and inspect the goods to the extent necessary to determine their characteristics and functionality. You may be responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for such an assessment.

Return shipping

Please contact us before returning any item. We will provide you with the appropriate return address and return instructions for your order. Do not send products to the sender's address shown on the original package unless we have specifically instructed you to do so.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item.

If the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, please provide your order number and, where appropriate, photographs showing the issue. We will assess the situation and provide you with appropriate instructions.

Your statutory rights regarding defective or non-conforming goods are not affected by this return policy.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply in cases where an exception under applicable law applies. This may include certain goods that are made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized, goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if the seal has been removed, and other goods for which the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply.

Refunds

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund the payments we have received from you, including the standard delivery cost, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
